with matters of detail. On Thursday, February 22nd, it is true, the Government had their. Rent Restrictions Bill read a second time. But the debate was not of special interest, except for the Attorney- General's able exposition of the present legal position and an angry scene between a new Member, Mr. Noel Skelton, and some Labour Members.
