It will be noted that the Labour vote has considerably increased. Colonel Howard-Bury, when he was pre- iously in the House of Commons, was a persistent and ingenious questioner of the Labour Government. He is a distinguished soldier, a sportsman and an explorer, and his name is particularly well known in connexion with Mount Everest.
