Sts,—I saw the enclosed epitaph in Mylor Churchyard, near Flushing, Cornwall, on Tuesday, and can vouch for its accuracy in spelling and capital letters, &c. :—

"In Memory of Mr. Joseph Crapp : shipwright who died ye 26th of

November 1770 Aged 43 years.

Alms Frond Joseph His End was Allmost Sudden As thou the mandate came Express from heaven his foot it slip—And he did fall help, help he cries—h that was all."
