The son of the Crown Prince of Denmark has been

banished from his grandfather's Court, for beating his wife, and "lifting his hands against the King and Queen." A precious sample of royalty this young gentleman must be. He is, however, according to rumour, by no means the first or only one of his generation who have amused themselves with kicking and beating their wives and mothers. It is a pity that no long-suffering personage like the Margravine of BAREVTH resides at the Court of Denmark, to chronicle these royal escapades, for the edification of the believers in the divine right of monarchs.
