I think, it is a pity that such a gross misrepresentation of affairs in Belfast should appear at the present juncture. It certainly tends to make the terrible position of many Protestants in the Southern area werse and makes also more difficult the understanding between North and South which all sensible people on both sides earnestly desire.—I am, Sir, &c.,
