Snt.—I had eaten my lunch in a dairy and left a tip. Looking back from the pay-desk, I saw two very small boys in caps and blazers, one of whom had placed his elbow on the coins. When I stepped up to them, the money had already passed to the confederate. I made them fork out. Apparently they stroll in, watch, and then pounce upon a table just being vacated.—Yours truly, W. R.
