ULSTER PLANTATION.

[To sae Homo or SRN ..ersorrroz."] SIR,—In an article in your issue of last week reference is made to "the six Plantation counties, Down, Armagh, Antrim, Londonderry, Tyrone, and Fermanagh." May I point out that the six "Plantation counties" were Armagh, Coleraine (now Londonderry), Tyrone, Donegal, Fermanagh. and Cavan P Antrim, Down, and Monaghan were not included in the scheme of James L, because they had been already settled or planted.
