Peter Parley's Annual. (Ben George.)—The principal story in this "annual"
is one of school-life, bearing the title of "The Feud," which the boys will doubtless' find entertaining, the good and the bad coming at last by their own, and furnishing considerable entertain- ment on the way. "The Enemy of Man" is the title (which might, we =not but think, have been improved) of a paper on snakes. "Only a Cad" is a little love.story with some pathos in it. "In Peril among Papnana" takes the reader to an unfamiliar and onhackneyed region. Altogether, this is a good number of this veteran annual.
