Prime Minister of Canada, sound a note of citizenship and exalted patriotism which it is good to read. As long as such men govern the destinies of the great Dominion, we may dismiss the tittle-tattle of the Annexationists, but it behoves us to think as Imperially as the foremost Canadians do.
