Mother's Birthday Review, and Seven other Tales. (S.P.C.K.)—The first piece
in this little volume is -from the pen of Mrs. Juliana H. Ewing, and is a charming story,-told in the funny recitative, with its apology for verse, in which she so much delighted and which she used so skilfully: The other tales are, we suppose, by Mr. R. .A.ndr4, who illustrates the whole. Clever verse they are, and not unworthy to be associated with Mrs. Ewing's work.
