Spoiled for choice

Sir: If Paul Johnson wants some female equivalents to a dick (Letters, 27 August) he should look up Lecher's Lexicon by J.E. Schmidt (MCMLXVII, ISBN 0-517- 455463). It contains nearly 400 pages of them. It isn't complete either.
