At long last some members of the officer corps have

turned against Hitler—not for reasons of "honour," but merely because they have seen immediately before them the ruin of Germany. And now, at Hitler's orders, " honour " is trundled on the stage again, and one set of German officers is handing over another set of officers to Himmler's "justice." It is unnecessary to point a moral. Anyhow, the civilised world has had enough of the German officer corps.
