The French papers supply no news. It is a general
remark that the country was never so quiet. The probable dissolution of the Chambers is the only topic of discussion in the journals; and on this there is nothing new or authentic to be said. The result of the conciliatory policy is to put every thing liko plots and in- surrections and assasination entirely out of fashion.
