The elute of Colonel Dickson and the Earl of Wilton

has come before the Court of Queen's Bench in the form of an action by Colonel Dickson against Lord Wilton for damages for the publication of a slanderous libel imputing the misapplication of regimental funds to the plaintiff. The Court has been occupied with the evidence for two days.
