The meeting of the Society of Arts on Wednesday next,

will be graced by. the presence of the Bishop of London and Lord John Russell, both of whom will speak upon the occasion. A full meeting may, therefore, be expected. The subject for discussion which attracts the Right Reverend and the noble visitor is the result of the Society's educational movement in connection with the Mechanics' Institutes throughout the country.— Critic.
