It is proposed, we perceive, to present a national memorial

to Sir Rowland Hill, to consist of a penny stamp contributed by every man and woman in England. That would be about 70,000/ ; but the difficulty would be collection. Let the Poet offices bat receive them for one week, and Sir R. Hill would be buried beneath his own stamps.
