From Storm to Sunshine
IT is seldom that the financial atmosphere experiences so remarkable a change as that which has taken place during the last few weeks. It is almost as though within a week or two we had passed from arctic winter into summer sunshine, and while I believe that to a considerable extent, and up to a certain point., there is justification for the greater optimism which now prevails, it may be well, perhaps, to remember that, as in nature, so with the financial weather, very sudden and violent changes betoken unsettled conditions.
