SIR.—Apropos of Mr. Shinwell's efforts to establish a classless society

and Mrs. Seaton's amusing comment thereon (Class in the Kitchen) in your issue of March 30th, surely the line of demarcation is that 'phich divides the tippers from the tipped. One does not offer a gratuity either to one's equals or to one's superiors.—Yours faithfully. A. E. PARSONS.
