Revolt in Spain Concerted risings occurred in Madrid and Seville
on Wednesday. The Government had little difficulty in restoring its authority in Madrid. In Seville General Sanjurjo is still master of the city for the time being, It will doubtless be convenient for the Government to dub this a " monarchist " revolt, but we may be perfectly certain that Don Alfonso had nothing whatever to do with it.
