It is reported that Mr. Nicholas Maher has positively declined

to -stand for Tipperary and now young Mr. Daniel O'Connell and the Honourable Mr. 0 Tipperary; son of Lord Lismore, are both mentioned as Liberal candidates. The usual notice appears in last night's Gazette, that the Speaker will issue his warrant for an election.
