Sir: "The whole-hearted consent of Parliament and the people.' Those

words mean just what they say. There is no redundancy expressed or implied. The people will not be driven, they require to be trusted and led, therefore in due course, possibly after another think, a referendum or even another general election, which latter is not wanted by the majority, will result. But until a referendum of the English, Scots and Welsh peoples does take place, or is announced to taje place, the issue of sovereignty will remain undecided, and MPs should realise they are elected under the Constitution and have no mandate at all to compel that Constitution to be in any way subservient to any foreign power(s3. Our law has got to prevail. Dictators are not wanted here.
