We offer to send the Spectator as your gift to your" friends, wherever they may be, for six months (26 weeks) and save you at least 10s. on the normal subscription rata The charges are : for one or two gift subscriptions : 7s. 6d. each, for three gift subscriptions : £1, for a greater number : 6s. 8d. each.

You may send the paper to as many friends as you wish.

WE ASK, HOWEVER, THAT YOU SHOULD NOT NAME THOSI3 WHO, TO YOUR KNOWLEDGE, ARE ALREADY TAKING THE PAPER REGULARLY.

We shall forward the first copy, if possible, to arrive by Christmas. In addition, each friend will receive, a Greeting Card explaining that the Spectator comes as a gift from you.
