DOYLE, who returns to Portugal in ten days, has obtained from Don PEDRO an exclusive privilege for the entry of steam-boats free of duty in all Portuguese ports and rivers. The pri. vilege is for seven years. None but steam-vessels licensed by him, and Government steam-packets, will be allowed to enter without pay- ment of a high duty.
