SATURDAY NIGHT.
Ships are fitting out at Plymouth, Portsmouth, and Chatham. It is understood that the British fleet in the Mediterranean will be rein- forced by ten sail of the line ; and then proceed without delay to the Dardanelles. This is the right method of dealing with Russia; who laughs to scorn the talk about " moderation," the " balance of power," &c., and must be defied by fleets and armies. The latter, if need be, will be supplied by France.
