A telegram of Renter's seems to indicate that the German

Emperor is very unwell. It denies officially that Frederick William has been able to receive Prince Bismarck on busineee, though he has received officials of the Court, who do trOt pro- bably give him much trouble in the way of thinking. The Czar also is said to be very unwell, the intelligence from Vienna, if correct, implying that his Majesty suffers from the disease of the Emperor Napoleon. They are elderly men who now control the European chessboard.
