Dr. Baylee, of St. Aidan's College, Birkenhead, we understand, denies

entirely the truth of the Venerable Archdeacon Allen's charges against him, which we recorded last week, and says they are not the first false charges the Venerable Archdeacon -has made against him. Why does he not bring an action for libel?
