Non' payment

Sir: I have just received a testy letter from an organisation calling itself the 'National Television Licence Records Office' (NTLRO) telling me to register with them as a non-television owner. No doubt I will then be charged a small administrative fee for registering non-ownership. I await a similar summons from Swansea. Perhalis Paul Johnson is right after all in his repeated claims that the licence fee is merely a poll tax under another name.
