The attractive and useful little Spanish journal, America-Latina, which appears

fortnightly, lies completed its third volutes° with a bulky and lavishly illustrated anniversary ntunber, full of messages from public men like Sir Douglas. Haig and M. Itibot. Each number described the doings of the Allies for the benefit of Spanish America, where German propagandists are still trying to obscure the truth about the war.
