The Paris correspondent of the Standard asserts positively, giving details,

that Prince Dolgoroukoff, Governor of Moscow, has discovered proof of the• existence in Moscow of a secret committee, having for its object the assassination of the Czar. They intended to blow up the Emperor, in the Kremlin, on his next entry into Moscow.
