the Seals ; the negotiation has been brought to a close at Compiegne. , The French Ministerial journals last received hold much stronger language on the subject of the Frankfort resolutions than they formerly did. The Journal des DObats now threatens a pro- test, or, if necessary, a declaration of war, should Prussia or Aus- tria attempt to occupy any of the Constitutional States for the purL' pose of enforcing the resolutions.
