Milan at three o'clock on Wednesday last, and was received with extraordinary enthusiasm by the population.

The Fulton arrived at Cowes yesterday, bringing advices from New York to the 4th. Mr. Forey, Republican, has been elected Clerk of the House, and Mr. Hoffman, of Maryland, Sergeant-at-Arms. Maryland declines to adopt the disunion programme of South Carolina. A bill has been introduced making appropriations to cover the deficiencies in the Post-office.
