Mr. Horatio Seymour and Colonel Blair have both accepted their

nomination as Democratic candidates for the Presidency and 'Vice-Presidency on the repudiating platform which we explained last week. By so doing, they have, we suspect, injured their own political reputation, which was before, in a commercial sense, honourable, and not advanced the prospects of the party which has chosen them.
