The Standard states that the Complete Suffrage party at Birming-
ham, "foreseeing the failure of Mr. Atte ood's scheme for the redress of national grievances," put forth an address, yesterday, in the name of the non-electors, calling upon Mr. Seholefield and Mr. Muntz, the Members for the borough, to support Mr. Sharman Craw ford's plan of obstructiveness tp Government in the ensuing session of Parliament- " This plan, which has been developed by the ingenious and patriotic Mem- ber in a letter recently addressed by him to Mr. Sturge, consists in the moving of amendments and adjournments on all Government questions, and by this systematic and factious opposition to Ministers 'to protect the people's rights against the power of a Ministerial majority.' The same plan of gentle per- suasion about to be put in operation in Birmingham, is to be carried out in the different towns and boroughs in England where the Complete Suffrage party have established a Ilnion."-
