Cronyn, entertains some doubt of Moore's responsibility for the allusion to the " royal ragged race of Tara," you may think it worth while to give the exact reference, with a copy of the poem in which the verse you quoted forms the seventh stanza. It occurs in the Complete Edilicm of Thomas Moore's Poetical Works, published by' William P. Nimmo; Edinburgh, 1862.—I am, Sir,
