of an exhaustive work on the subject of banking. The author, it seems, had just completed it before his sudden death. The present instalment contains a variety of forms, as for mortgages, bills of sale, assignments, leases, and agreements of all kinds. Various additions and corrections are made with respect to previous volumes.
