Despatches have been received by the Marquis of PALMELLA from

Oporto to the 23d ult. The Emperor presses strongly for 3,000 or 4,000 men, in order to be able to take the field. Admiral SAirroilius has by this conveyance written to the Marquis of PALMELLA in rather high spirits ; he asks only one large ship to make him strong enough to cope with the entire force of the enemy.
