Atlantis, by Colonel J. F. C. Fuller, and Midas, by Mr. C. H. Bretherton, are two booklets on America published in the " To-day and To-morrow " series by Kegan Paul, Trench, Trubner and Co. (2s. 6d. each). Anything that Colonel Fuller writes is worth attention. His Atlantis, although clever, is disappointing. The true things he tells are not new, and the new are not always true.
