It is our intention occasionally to issue gratis with the PlICTATOB. Special Literary Supplements, the outside pages of which will be devoted to Advertisements. The Fourth of these Supplements will be issued with the SPECTATOR for February 17th; and Advertisements for it should reach the Publishing Office not later than noon on the Wednesday pre- -ceding that date.
