THE " SPECTATOR'S " CIRCULATION.
[To the Editor of the SPECTATOR.] Sur,—In connexion with the circulation of the Spectator, the one copy which I take by no means represents the number of those who read it. I post it to India each week, where it is read by two missionary families, and it finds its final home in the jungle. I have always bought my copy, and I was glad when it went down to sixpence again, though whatever had been its price I should have paid it, for your paper is such a great delight to one living as I do in a place where
mind is nothing thought of.—I am, Sir, &c., E. P. L.
