is the twelfth annual volume of a magazine, edited by Dr. Bernardo,

and described as "The Children's Treasury of Pictures and Stories."

One of its principal features is to be found in the details which it gives of the lives and fortunes of the little waifs and strays in whom the editor takes so kindly and so beneficent an interest. The magazine is good in itself ; and this gives it a special value and interest.
