M." furnishes the largest part ; indeed, forty-one out of a total of fifty-eight arc so subscribed. The other names are Greville Macdonald (four), Maude E. King (two), Eleanor Tyrrell (three), C. H. Herford (five), May Sinclair (two), G. C. Cotterell (one). We may mention as a charming landscape, " A Resting-place (Fordingbridge) " ; "Three White Princesses," which all cat-lovers.3,vill appreciate; "Mrs. Browning's Month," a study of springtini. These are by "A. M." Professor Herford con- tributes "Highways and Byways in Kent" and Miss Eleanor Tyrrell some South African reminiscences.
