The papers have hardly noticed, though the Times' Prussian Correspondent
has reported, that on Sunday, the 17th inst., the two Bulgarian delegates, MM. Cantoff and Balabanoff, were received by Herr von Bulow, Under-Secretary of the Foreign Office at Berlin, and warmly assured that the Emperor sympa- thised with their grievances, and though desirous of peace, would advocate autonomy for Bulgaria. The correspondent of the Times at Berlin does not make statements of that kind without being well assured that they are in accordance with the policty of the German Chancellor.
