A General Biographical Dictionary, by E. BELLCHANIBERS, in four small
pocket volumes, seems to differ little in its literary execution from the other publications of its class, which attempt to give the " lives of the most eminent persons of all ages and nations," in no greater space than some biographers devote to the life of a single individual. One of its features consists in its embracing an account of persons who have lately died; but its chief characteristic is the neatness of its appearance.
