Rare poet

Sir: Help! Spurred on by Peter Levi's review of the selected poems of Charles Johnston (Books, 20 July), I tried to order a copy from Waterstone's in Kensington High Street. I was told that they had already tried to get copies from the Bodley Head and had failed. Could you please tell your readers what booksellers can supply them? Or may we have Mr Johnston's address, so that we can approach him directly? Or is good poetry, like truth, a commodity so valuable that it is available only sparingly?
