Tho Times publishes a very remarkable dialogue between a French-
man and Englishman, apropos of our defensive preparations, and the al leged hostile intentions of the French, in which the Frenchman cate- gorically states the extent and object of French preparations, and de- clares that the apprehensions in England are chimerical, unfounded, and the results of a party manwuvre. Tho Frenchman is understood to be the Emperor himself. Next week, we shall give this extraordinary dialogue in full.
