net) contains, besides the usual information, a list of the Peace Delegation which fills six pages of small type and yet is by no means exhaustive. The new regulations for entry into the Diplomatic Service are given. The particulars relating to the Consular Service are described as provisional; pending the much-needed and long-delayed reorganization of the Service.—The Official Fear Book of the Church of England, 1919 (S.P.C.K., 4s. net) dealswith the work of theChurch at home and overseas with commendable clearness and brevity. The Bishops' reports from the Dominions are well worth reading.
