There are rumours in Paris of a partial change in
the French Ministry. It is said that Marshal MalSON and PASSY are to go out, the latter to be succeeded by DUCHATEL, and the Marshal to be sent as Ambassador to Rome. This is the only piece of foreign news worth notice ; and it is scarcely credible, as it is also stated that DUCHATEL is on his road to London.
