OLYMPIA DIVIDEND OUTLOOK.
Interest in the annual meeting of Olympia Limited centres round the increased competition which has sprung up among exhibition undertakings since Earls Court came into that field. Mr. Louis Nicholas, who reviewed the position last week in the absence of Mr. Philip Hill, was quite frank about the difficulties. He warned shareholders that the direCtors think it inadvisable to resume dividends until lettings have returned to their previous standard, even though undivided profits are available in the dividend equalisation account and the balance carried forward. He also explained that it is too early to foresee the results of the new subsidiary—Exhibition Promoters (Olympia). He, neverthelesS, expressed confidence that Olympia had every chance of recovering its prosperity in the near
future. * * * *
