Despatches received at the French Embassy from Madrid, confirm the
statement of a new loan having been determined upon ; but it is added, that there is no chance of the Spanish Government making a favourable bargain except on condition of taking in the Bonds of the. Cortes either at the full nominal or a fairly estimated value. This is the opinion of TALLETRAND, and many persons have been purchasing Spanish Bonds on the strength of it.
