LATEST excuse for the stock market shake-out (as if it needed excusing) is dissent between the Government and the Sovereign — the first time this has knocked shares, says a pink-papered pundit, since 1911. I wonder where he was when Neville Chamberlain, as Chancellor, was pressing to get the Abdication over because the crisis was hurting the Christmas trade.
